Issue Amendment Ordinance llo. 4 of 1913 I am directed to inform you that by an oversight the last paragraph of section 4 of the Principal Ordinance was not deleted. To remedy this error it is proposed in the general revision of the Hongkong Ordinances, now being carried out by Mr. Alabaster, to cut out the second para- -graph of section 4 of Ordinance No. 65 of 1911 as the last six lines of paragraph 2 of Ordinance No. 4 of 1913 in fact replace it and there is really no difference between the two. I shall be glad to learn whether you have any objection to this course.
